Refunds and Returns Policy:
If a product is faulty or damaged please contact us within 30 days of placing your order at hello@thekawaiisquirrel.co.uk. Please keep the original packaging and items as these may need to be returned to obtain your refund.
We regret that we do not accept returns unless in the case of damaged or faulty goods.
